Abstract: The literary styles of ancient chinese Poetry is graceful and solemn,while that of Ci is gentle and charming .The diserve reason for literary stylistic difference between Poetry and Ci are as follows:one is the differences of the functions and value directions; the other is due to the diffferences in the role between Poetry and Ci.
