Abstract: LU Xun and Chekov take three angles of view in their novel creation,namely,find out human evils as an examiner;probe into the social maladies as a saver;and light up one's shadow as a self redeemer. They intend to publicize the human virtuousness,social beauty and self renewal by means of negating the human's evils,social defects and self sufferings.Moreover,LU Xun is deeper and more serious than Chekov in thought developing depth and force.
