情感智力“9要素”理论建构及量化研究

Constructing the theory of 9 essential factors of EI and its quantization

摘要: 情感智力“9要素”理论结构模型是借鉴于当今较为成熟的认知智力理论的研究思路 ,从“对象”和“操作”两个维度分析情智的内涵。“对象”是由内省情智、人际情智、生态情智三个主因素构成 ;“操作”是由感知和体验、表达和评价、调节和控制感情的三种能力组成。两个维度进行组合 ,构成了 9种情感智力。根据情智 9要素的理论框架编制标准化情商量表 ,对情感智力进行科学的定量研究 ,这说明情智是可以测量的 ,这套量表有着广泛地应用前景。

Abstract: The structure of the theoretical model of 9 essential factors of emotional intelligence (EI) is resulted from the research of cognitive intelligence today, the content of EI is defined on the basis of the two dimensions of object and operation. “Object” consists of three factors of introspective EI, interpersonal EI, ecological EI;“Operation” consists of three levels of feeling and experience, expression and appraising, adjusting and controlling.
