Abstract: Criminal Code amends probation system in many ways. We try to probe into question which the amendment of criminal Law brought about and give our suggestions, such as, how to caculate the period of deprival of political right, etc. In order to make probation system more available, we suggest to set up tuaranty money of probation system.
