Abstract: Democracy is a form of politics different from monarchy and oligarchy.Understood literally ,“democracy”refers to “the power of the people”.More exactly,it is governed by the majority of people,for assuring the interest and the political power of most people is the essential content of all forms of democracy.Just because the nature of democracy is the government of most people and democratic system is the majority's absolute control on government,so it determines limitation of democracy itself.
