Abstract: JIANG Ze min has made a systematic exposition of the position,the function and the main contents of the construction democratic politics in rural grassroot units ,showed the ways and methods to strengthen the construction democratic politics in rural grassroot units,and provided a thorough thought about how to construct democracy in rural gressroot units .His talks are of great theoretical and realistic significance.
