摘要: :“文化大革命”的发动和当时我国的政治体制存在着密切的联系:单一的纵向信息传输和交换机制所产生的信息失真,使毛泽东产生了发动“文化大革命”的主观意识;以党代政的高度集权的决策体制为发动“文化大革命”的错误决策创造了条件;缺乏监督和制衡机制的权力结构失去了阻止“文化大革命”由决策到发动的最后屏障。

Abstract: The launch of “the Cultural Revolution” was made possible by the state's political system at that time:single vertical communication and exchange system distorted information,which help to bring about MAO Ze dong's subjective mentality to launch “the Cultural Revolution”;high centralization system created favorable conditions for the launch of “the Cultural Revolution”;power without supervision and restraint removed the barrier to prevent the policy decision and the launch of “the Cultural Revolution”.
