摘要: 正确的思想领导是党的领导的基础。20年来,在改革开放和现代化建设的各个发展阶段,党对新的实践经验不断进行新的理论概括,用于指导思想理论建设,使党的建设随着党的理论创新而不断深化和发展,这是一条宝贵的经验。我国的改革开放和现代化建设能够取得成功,就是因为我们党始终坚持建设有中国特色社会主义的正确思想,克服了那些超越阶段的错误观念和政策,同时抵制了抛弃社会主义基本制度的错误主张。目前,我国的改革处于攻坚阶段,发展处于关键时期,党要继续成功地担负起领导改革开放和现代化建设的重任,就必须进一步澄清理论是非,统一思想。这样才能将社会主义改革开放和现代化建设顺利推向新的世纪。
