Abstract: Analyzed from the operation expenses of the economic system,we know that the shift from the planned economy to the market economy lies in the fact that the former costs too much.Just as the operation of any economic systems is based on the cost of the whole society,the innovation of the economic systems is also a costly process.Therefore,the selection of market economic operation patterns depends on the comparison between the operation cost of the pattern and its profit.
