Abstract: To strengthen and improve the employment guidance of college students in an effort to make it standardized is not only the inexorable trend of the reform of graduates employment systems, but also the objective requirement of socialist market economy for higher education. To reach this goal, we must base ourselves upon the present, keep the future in view, make clear the contents and optimize the mechanism so as to find varied practical and effective ways and measures.
