摘要: 我国的风险投资事业起步于 １９８４ 年，十几年来虽有发展，但仍不适应高新科技成果转化的需要。只有从政策上大力扶持和引导，建立并完善有关法律法规，进一步拓展风险投资渠道，加强对风险投资基金的管理，防范风险投资的风险，才能使我国的风险投资事业走上健康的道路，从而促进高新科技成果的转化Abstract: Risk investments have come into being since 1984 in China.And in the recent ten years ,they have gone through thick and thin and hindered new high-tech achievments from turning into productive forces.Guided by correct policies and with perfect laws and regulations,we can enforce the management of them so that they can develop smoothly without risks in China.
