Abstract: Intelligent media technology is a crucial technological support for promoting the transformation of cross-cultural communication methods and the innovation of cultural expression， providing new development opportunities for the cross-cultural dissemination of excellent traditional Chinese culture. Currently， Chinese culture still faces practical problems in cross-cultural communication， such as insufficient resource transformation， weak adaptability to modern expressions， low industrial efficiency， and significant cultural discounting. To enhance the effectiveness of cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture， we should fully leverage the empowering role of intelligent media technology， construct a three-tiered mechanism of cultural decoding， scene reconstruction， and value connection， and improve communication paths from aspects such as technology-culture synergy， cross-cultural narrative optimization， and immersive communication experiences. As a core component of Chinese civilization， the digital dissemination practices of Central Plains culture can provide concrete verification for the implementation effectiveness of the above mechanisms and paths， offering theoretical reference and practical guidance for the cross-cultural dissemination of Chinese culture in the new era.
