Abstract: The typical cases of the national "double reduction" work have condensed the educational wisdom of the majority of educators, formed a unique and effective governance scheme, and provided a governance model worth learning for the governance of invisible variation after-school training. In this climate, the governance of invisible variation of after-school training mainly focuses on the governance of the place of occurrence, the supply subject, the demand subject and the law enforcement behavior. The governance of this invisible variation is facing the challenge of the whole chain from prevention to cure. The difficulties are mainly reflected in the difficulties of prevention, discovery, investigation and cure. Starting with the reform of the mechanism, the governance should do the foloowing:(1) take the reform of the mechanism as the general starting point, and reduce the space for violations by improving the prevention mechanism;(2) improve the discovery mechanism and smooth the reporting channels;(3) improve the investigation mechanism and strengthen the warning and deterrence;(4) improve the coordination mechanism and promote the radical cure of the system.
