Abstract:
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has strategically aligned comprehensive strict governance with the integrated strategy of “deterrence, prevention and moral deterrence against corruption”. This has yielded historic, pioneering landmark achievements, consolidating the Party's leadership and achieving overwhelming success. These accomplishments have laid the groundwork for advancing the anti-corruption campaign in the new era to broader scopes, deeper levels and higher goals. In the future, China's anti-corruption struggle needs to continuously consolidate the hard-won victory achievements, and it is necessary to propose strategic goals from three aspects: anti-corruption governance strategy, anti-corruption achievements, and anti-corruption vision. To achieve the aforementioned future vision, comprehensive expansion and strategic adjustments can be made in areas such as the scope of anti-corruption, anti-corruption entities, anti-corruption technologies, anti-corruption fields, and anti-corruption ecosystems, in order to minimize the incidence of corruption, continuously consolidate the favorable situation in the fight against corruption, and persistently enhance the “integrity strength” of the political Party system and socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
