“三师课堂”的兴起背景、发展现状与前景展望

  • 摘要: “三师课堂”是基于陶行知所倡导的“共学、共事、共修养”及“小先生制”等教育理念,结合人工智能技术所形成的具有本土原创性的课堂教学新形态。“三师课堂”通过教师、小先生与AI智能师的三方协同,重构课堂生态,在技术赋能中坚守教育的人文内核,为教育数字化转型提供兼具理论支撑与实践活力的中国方案。“三师课堂”的兴起与发展,得益于教育改革的政策导向、科技革命的时代诉求、传统课堂的现实困境以及陶行知教育思想的创造性转化;目前“三师课堂”的三级联动体系化布局基本成型;已实现从角色赋能、协同机制优化到多学科课堂实践,并在形式上进行了分层推进与实践落地。未来还需要进一步深化理论、创新实践教学、加快国际传播与资源共享。

     

    Abstract: The "Three-Teacher Classroom" is based on the educational concepts advocated by Tao Xingzhi,combined with the application of artificial intelligence technology in classrooms. Through the tripartite collaboration of teachers, little teachers, and AI intelligent teachers, the "Three-Teacher Classroom" reconstructs the classroom ecology, upholds the humanistic core of education in the empowerment of technology, and provides a Chinese solution with both theoretical support and practical vitality for the digital transformation of education. The emergence and development of the "Three-Teacher Classroom" are backed by the policy orientation of education reform, the era demand of the technological revolution, the practical predicament of traditional classrooms, and the creative transformation of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought. Its current situation includes the formation of a threelevel linkage systematic layout at the organizational development level; the progression from role empowerment and collaborative mechanism optimization to interdisciplinary classroom practice at the task achievement level; and the hierarchical promotion and practical implementation at the promotion level. Its prospects include theoretical deepening, practical innovation, and accelerating international dissemination and resource sharing.
