Abstract:
As an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC, Dabie Mountain Spirit contains unique red and honest genes to solve the problem of corruption prevention, including the discipline gene of “not daring to corrupt”, the institutional gene of “being unable to corrupt” and the self-discipline gene of “not wanting to corrupt”. These red and honest genes have a profound internal logic with the prevention and control of corruption in the new era: the transformation of disciplinary genes into behavioral bottom lines reflects a rigid constraint logic, the transfer of governance wisdom to institutional effectiveness reflects a normative logic, and the internalization of public sentiment into political ecology reflects a nurturing logic. Based on this, in the new era, in universities we should establish a “three in one” anti-corruption work system by activating disciplinary inheritance to strengthen the bottom line of respect, promoting institutional innovation to tighten the institutional cage, and nurturing the value ecology to solidify the ideological foundation, in order to effectively transform red spiritual resources into the effectiveness of modern university anti-corruption governance.
