数字化转型对企业人力资本水平的影响研究——基于我国上市公司的面板数据

Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Human Capital Level of Enterprises——Based on Panel Data of Listed Companies in China

  • 摘要: 文章以2013—2023年A股上市公司相关数据为研究样本,探讨企业数字化转型对人力资本水平的影响及其作用路径。研究发现,数字化转型显著提升了企业人力资本的数量与质量。作用机制分析发现,数字化转型通过技术进步效应与规模扩张效应实现人力资本“由量到质”的跃升。研究丰富了数字化转型与人力资本互动关系的理论研究,对企业制定以“质”为导向的人才战略具有重要的现实意义,同时也为相关政策制定提供了经验证据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the relevant data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2023 as the research sample, this paper explores the impact of enterprise digital transformation on human capital level and its action path. The study finds that digital transformation significantly improves the quantity and quality of enterprises' human capital. The analysis of the mechanism shows that digital transformation realizes the leap of human capital from quantity to quality through the technological progress effect and scale expansion effect. This study enriches the theoretical research on the interactive relationship between digital transformation and human capital, has important practical significance for enterprises to formulate a quality-oriented talent strategy, and also provides empirical evidence for the formulation of relevant policies.
