Abstract:
More and more people are managing and improving their own health status by participating in quantifying themselves. Promoting sustained user engagement is a prerequisite for quantifying self utility and the foundation for long-term profitability of related enterprises. Although it is widely believed that community atmosphere plays an important role in it, and many companies have invested a lot of resources in establishing and operating communities, the problem of user abandonment has not been well solved. Based on this, the main focus is on how community interaction affects users' willingness to quantify their self sustained participation. This study collected data through a questionnaire survey method, constructed a structural equation model, and validated research hypotheses using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that information interaction promotes the quantification of self users' willingness to continue participating by influencing their functional experience value; emotional interaction affects the emotional experience value of users, thereby promoting the quantification of their willingness to continue participating; and health literacy has a significant moderating effect on the value of information interaction and functional experience. Based on this, several suggestions have been put forward for quantifying self related enterprises in community operations.
