Abstract: The “six forces” is the strategic engine for building a strong education country， and clarifies the core goal of building a strong education country. It leads the soul orientation with politics， breaks through the core competition， drives the leap-forward development with innovation， builds the foundation with the general benefit of people’s livelihood， gathers energy and fission with system coordination， and reconstructs discourse with international openness. The “six forces” reflect the political attributes， people’s livelihood needs and strategic needs of a powerful country in higher education. On the new journey of building a strong socialist education country with Chinese characteristics， the majority of educators should deeply understand the profound connotation and value implication of the “six forces”， give full play to the value guidance and spiritual driving role of the “six forces”， promote each other， continue to empower the construction of a strong higher education country， and jointly provide strong support for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese modernization.
