Abstract: New quality productivity based on “advanced productive forces” is different from the traditional， as the starting point is “new”， the key lies in “quality”. According to the method of combining theory and practice and integrating history and logic， this paper demonstrates the operation logic： theoretically， the connotation of new productivity is consistent with the inherent requirements of rural revitalization； historically， modern agriculture replacing traditional agriculture is the inevitable result of the development of new agricultural productivity； in reality， the development of new productive forces is the inevitable requirement of rural revitalization.Combined with the requirements of the times of rural revitalization and the objective reality of the lack of new quality productive forces， we must accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces in the process of rural revitalization， and explore the effective path to cultivate new quality productive forces from the micro （new labor main body） perspective （new industry support） macro （new production relation）
