Abstract: The innovative, practical, oriented, and people-centered narrative discourse surrounding our Party’s investigation and research practices in the new era has shaped a social construction narrative framework. This framework embodies our Party’s efforts to deepen its longstanding tradition of investigation, maintain clear research purposes and directions, strengthen policy implementation through investigations, and build consensus on the value of research practices. It represents the narrative logic and practical expression of the Party-wide initiative to vigorously promote investigation and research in the new era, demonstrating the Chinese Communist Party’s governance capabilities, people-oriented commitment, and exemplary conduct in serving the public.
