新时代高校思政课教师的知识形象塑造

  • 摘要: 塑造良好的知识形象既是高校思政课教师提升知识素养的需要,也是新时代大力推进高校思政课建设、整体优化思政课教师队伍的题中应有之义。尽管政治性是高校思政课的本质属性,但也不能忽视其重要的知识性功能。因此,高校思政课教师必须通过塑造良好知识形象来提升思政课的学理性高度。同时,知识形象的塑造既体现了高校思政课教师知识掌握和知识研究的“内功”,也体现了其知识传递的“外功”。然而,现实中一定程度上存在着忽视知识形象塑造的现象,主要体现为部分思政课教师“在马学马”不深刻、“在马言马”不生动和“在马研马”不深入。着力打造高校思政课教师的良好知识形象,需要在主体自觉意识、学校政策支持和制度规范三个方面持续发力、久久为功,确保高校思政课教师知识掌握有厚度、知识传递有力度、知识研究有深度。

     

    Abstract: Shaping a good knowledge image is not only the internal requirement of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities to improve their knowledge literacy, but also the objective need of vigorously promoting the construction of ideological and political course in colleges and universities in the new era and optimizing the overall ideological and political course teachers. Although political nature is the essential attribute of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, its important function of knowledge education cannot be ignored. Therefore, the teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities must achieve a high level of academic rationality by shaping a good knowledge image. At the same time, the shaping of its knowledge image is not only the “internal work” of mastering and researching knowledge, but also the “external work” of transmitting knowledge. However, among the teachers of ideological and political courses, there are generally bad knowledge images, which are mainly reflected as “discussing horses in the context of horses” lacks depth, “talking about horses from the perspective of horses” fails to be vivid, and “studying horses from the viewpoint of horses” is not profound enough. In order to build and overall optimize the good knowledge image of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities, it is necessary to make continuous efforts and work for a long time in three aspects: subject consciousness, school policy support and rigid system standard, so as to ensure that the ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities have deep knowledge grasp, strong knowledge transfer and sharp knowledge research.
