沿黄城市群绿色发展效率研究:水平测度、动态演化及因素分解

On the Efficiency of Green Development Along the Yellow River Urban Agglomeration: Level Measure, Dynamic Evolution and Factor Decomposition

  • 摘要: 文章基于2010-2020年我国黄河流域城市数据,运用Super-SBM模型测度考虑非期望产出下的沿黄城市群绿色发展效率,并运用Malmquist-luenberger指数对沿黄城市群绿色发展效率进行分解,研究黄河流域城市群绿色发展效率水平及变化特征。研究表明:在样本期间内,黄河流域城市群绿色发展整体处于有效率的水平,绿色发展效率值波动上升;城市群绿色发展效率空间差距较小,关中平原城市群整体表现较好;通过Malmquist-luenberger指数分析,城市群存在技术进步和技术效率提高不同步的问题。研究认为,黄河流域城市群在发展过程中应当优化资源和要素投入,协同推动技术创新和效率提升,并通过核心城市的带动和辐射作用,促进整个黄河流域绿色发展。

     

    Abstract: Based on the data of the Yellow River basin from 2010 to 2020, this paper uses the Super-SBM model to measure the green development efficiency of urban agglomeration with unexpected output, and uses the Malmquist-luenberger index to decompose the green development efficiency. The results show that: the green development of urban agglomerations is efficient, and the overall fluctuated; The spatial difference is small, and the overall performance of Guanzhong Plain is better; According to the Malmquist-luenberger index, technological progress and technological efficiency improvement are not synchronized in urban agglomeration. It is concluded that the urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin should optimize resources and factor input, and promote the green development of the whole Yellow River basin through the driving and radiating role of core cities.
