Abstract:
Enterprises and institutions are an institutional structure between the state and society, and are economic, political and cultural institutional arrangements with Chinese characteristics. The “Chinese characteristics” of enterprises and institutions can neither be fully understood from the perspective of state-centrism, nor can it be fully explained from the perspective of sociocentrism. To develop consultative democracy in enterprises and institutions, it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the historical evolution of enterprises and institutions, make good use of the rigid principle of formal order and the soft power of informal order possessed by enterprises and institutions, use the political energy and technical means of socialist consultative democracy to systematically integrate and reorganize various functional elements such as organization, power, resources and other functional elements in enterprises and institutions, and build an integration mechanism that embeds, promotes and complements each other in both directions between the high-quality development of enterprises and institutions and socialist consultative democracy, and strives to achieve administrative integration, the dialectical unity of contractual integration and interest-based integration.
