摘要: 劳资交换的二重性及其正义悖论是马克思资本主义批判的重要方面。在马克思看来,资本主义劳资交换分为两个过程:第一个过程是关于一般商品的交换,具有等价性;第二个过程是关于劳动力商品的“交换”,具有不等价性。在劳资交换的过程中,表征资本主义正义的自由、平等与所有权走向自身的反面,呈现出悖论性。因此,若基于劳资交换等价的一面而认为资本主义具有正义性,就陷入马克思所批判的“和谐论”境地;若基于其不等价的一面而认为资本主义是非正义的,则犯了一般经济学家将劳资交换仅仅作为结果而不是过程的错误。应当基于劳资交换中经济关系的分析,通过其中的平等、自由、所有权内涵来判定资本主义正义与否,这样才使得对劳资交换的阐释不会走向马克思所批判的方向,才可能找到马克思正义的建构路径。Abstract: The duality of labor-management exchange and its paradox of justice are important aspects of Marx's capitalist critique. In Marx's view, capitalist labor exchange is divided into two processes, among which the first one is about the exchange of general commodities with equivalence, and the second one is about the “exchange” of labor commodities with inequality. In the process of labor exchange, freedom, equality and ownership, which characterize capitalist justice, go to their opposite and present a paradox. Therefore, if one considers capitalism as just based on the equivalence of labor exchange, one will fall into the “harmony theory” criticized by Marx; if one considers capitalism as unjust based on its inequality, one will make the mistake of general economists who regard labor exchange as a result rather than a process. Only by analyzing the economic relations in labor exchange and determining the justice of capitalism through the connotation of equality, freedom and ownership in it can the interpretation of labor exchange not go in the direction Marx criticized and the path of Marx's construction of justice be found.
