The Value and Implementation Mode of “New Era Little Gentleman Action” in “Life-practice”

  • 摘要: “生活·实践”教育是在继承陶行知创立的生活教育学说的基础上,根据时代、社会和教育的实际情况而做出的再生性阐述。“新时代小先生行动”孕育于中国教育发展新阶段,面向基础教育阶段学生,是对陶行知先生推行的“小先生制”的传承与转化,也是当前乃至未来在全国各地中小学宣传推广“生活·实践”教育的有效途径之一。“新时代小先生行动”应当聚焦发展学生核心素养,在中小学开展“新时代小先生”系列活动,开设“生活·实践”教育研究专栏,使教育适应时代需求,培养具有生活力、实践力、学习力、自主力、合作力和创造力的时代新人。

     

    Abstract: The “life-practice”education is a regenerative interpretation based on the life education theory established by Tao Xingzhi, according to the actual situation of the times, society and education. “New Era Little Gentleman Action” is conceived in the new pattern of China's educational development, aimed at students in the basic education stage, focusing on education quality. It is a continuation and transformation of Tao Xingzhi's “Little Gentleman System”and an effective way to promote “Life-Practice”education in primary and secondary schools throughout the country in the present and future. “New Era Little Gentleman Action”should focus on developing students' core competencies, carrying out a series of activities for“New Era Little Gentlemen” and setting up a research column on“Life-Practice” education in primary and secondary schools, making education adapt to the needs of the times and cultivating a new generation with vitality, practical skills, learning ability, autonomy, cooperation and creativity.
