Abstract:
Cities along the Yellow River (CAYR) are the core development carrier of the Yellow River basin, which have both the Yellow River landscape resources, the Yellow River cultural resources, and the ecological responsibility of Yellow River management. They are also the important supports for the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. For a long time, CAYR were failed to form a high-quality development trend, mainly because the urban development kinetic energy had not been fully utilized. The Scene Theory provides a new perspective and new path for the high-quality development of CATR. The scenes have the functions of kinetic energy accumulation, kinetic energy conversion and innovative magnetic field effect. From the perspective of the Scene Theory, CAYR can make full use of the kinetic energy of ecology, innovation, culture, consumption, digital and collaborative through scene-innovation, to promote the changes of quality, efficiency and power, and to drive the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin while achieving high-quality development of CAYR.
