Abstract: As a legal output tool of the American hegemony system, the long-arm jurisdiction is mainly implemented in three aspects:legislation, law-enforcement and justice. Since the Sino-US trade war, the United States has implemented its endless long arm jurisdiction over China, showing the characteristics of highly sophisticated sanctions targets, diversified sanctions means, and upgraded sanctions models. Based on this, China can propose targeted coping strategies under the XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. At the regional level, China can strengthen multi-party economic and trade cooperation and use the obligation clauses in economic and trade agreements to resolve US sanctions; At the national level, China needs to implement a series of countermeasures and gradually establish an anti-sanctions legal system; At the enterprise level, Chinese enterprises should establish a compliance management system to adapt to the new trend of competition in global economic and trade rules.
