Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jinping as the core has profoundly grasped the characteristics of the new era, put forward a new thesis of "keeping uprightness and innovation", and applied this to the main body of traditional culture, forming a unity of moderation, a unity of negativity and a unity of opposites as the method of the Communist Party of China in dealing with traditional culture. First, it is to profoundly reveal that traditional culture maintains integrity and innovation needs to grasp the appropriateness of the mutual change of quality. Second, it fully demonstrates that traditional culture should adhere to the dialectical and negative view in maintaining integrity and innovation. Third, it highlights the need for traditional culture to achieve the unity of opposites in maintaining integrity and innovation. These have extremely important theoretical and practical significance for deeply understanding the traditional cultural view of the Communist Party of China, laying a methodological foundation for the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and promoting the combination of Marxism and traditional culture.
