中小学劳动课程的历史溯源、教育价值及实施建议——以《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》为视角

The historical origin, educational value and implementation suggestions of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools——From the perspective of the Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition)

  • 摘要: 《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》的颁布,体现了国家对于劳动教育的重视达到了新的高度。文章探本溯源,梳理了中华人民共和国成立前、1949年至2012年以及2012年至今三个阶段的中小学劳动课程的发展历程。评述了中小学劳动课程与时俱进的价值诉求:系统开设中小学劳动课程,是立德树人的必然要求,是提升核心素养的应然之策,是与时俱进的时代命题。提出了中小学劳动课程的实施建议:以课程标准为纲,抓准劳动课程定位;在融合中促发展,激活劳动课程活力;在生活中实践,找准劳动课程方向。

     

    Abstract: The promulgation of Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition) reflects that the state has attached great importance to labor education to a new height. The paper explores the origin and combs the development process of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools before the founding of new China, from 1949 to 2012 and from 2012 till now. This paper comments on the value appeal of the labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools to keep pace with the times:the systematic opening of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools is the inevitable requirement of Building Morality and cultivating people, the natural meaning of improving core literacy, and the proposition of the times to keep pace with the times. Some suggestions are put forward on the implementation of labor curriculum in primary and secondary schools:to take the curriculum standard as the key link, and grasp the orientation of labor curriculum; promote development in integration and activate the vitality of labor courses; put more emphasis on labor courses and practice in life.
