Abstract:
Guiding rural residents to implement pro-environmental behaviors in their lives helps to promote the construction of beautiful villages. Emotional support and interpersonal trust are important ways to guide rural residents to consciously and actively implement pro-environmental behaviors in their lives. This paper uses the survey data of rural residents in the National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone (Jiangxi) to investigate the impact of emotional support and interpersonal trust on the voluntary pro-environmental behavior of rural residents. The study found that the level of emotional support and interpersonal trust is conducive to rural residents' voluntary pro-environmental behavior in life; interpersonal trust plays a positive mediating role in the influence of emotional support on voluntary pro-environmental behavior of rural residents.
