Abstract:
The essence of the process of moral education is the process of "educating people", the process of cultivating active subjects, and the process of promoting students' moral development. As a part of moral education, educational punishment should also be based on "educating people". However, in educational practice, there are some phenomena of indoctrination of rules and imitative of rules in educational punishment, which ignore the initiative of students as the moral educational subjects. The reason lies in the absence of the concept of "educating" in educational practice. Therefore, discuss educational punishment from the perspective of student moral development,to emphasize should pay attention to students' subjectivity in the educational punishment, that is by giving full play to the individual enjoyment function of moral education, using the educational concept of caring and leading of faith education, the author promotes the independent construction of students' moral cognition, moral emotion and moral will, cultivating active subjects,and gives full play to the "educating" function of educational punishment.
