学生品德发展视域下教育惩戒的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Educational Punishment from the Perspective of Students' Moral Development

  • 摘要: 德育过程本质是“育人”的过程,是培养能动主体的过程,是促进学生品德发展的过程。教育惩戒作为德育过程中的一部分,也应当做到以“育人”为本。然而在教育实践中,教育惩戒存在着对规则灌输和生搬硬套的现象,忽视了学生作为德育主体的能动性,究其原因,是教育实践中“育人”观念的缺位。通过学生品德发展的视角来谈教育惩戒,意在强调教育惩戒中要注重学生主体性,即通过发挥德育的个体享用功能、运用关怀理念以及信仰教育的引领,有效发挥教育惩戒的育人功能,以促进学生在道德认知、道德情感、道德意志等方面的自主建构,实现培养能动主体的目的。

     

    Abstract: The essence of the process of moral education is the process of "educating people", the process of cultivating active subjects, and the process of promoting students' moral development. As a part of moral education, educational punishment should also be based on "educating people". However, in educational practice, there are some phenomena of indoctrination of rules and imitative of rules in educational punishment, which ignore the initiative of students as the moral educational subjects. The reason lies in the absence of the concept of "educating" in educational practice. Therefore, discuss educational punishment from the perspective of student moral development,to emphasize should pay attention to students' subjectivity in the educational punishment, that is by giving full play to the individual enjoyment function of moral education, using the educational concept of caring and leading of faith education, the author promotes the independent construction of students' moral cognition, moral emotion and moral will, cultivating active subjects,and gives full play to the "educating" function of educational punishment.
