Abstract:
At present, the entrepreneurial activities of new-generation migrant workers returning home is showing a blowout trend, but there is a general problem of poor entrepreneurial performance. Previous studies lacked systematicity and comprehensiveness in exploring the antecedent factors affecting the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant workers returning home, and lacked discussion on the internal mechanism. Based on the overall system perspective, by using the theoretical framework of AMO, this paper summarized and sorted out the research literature on the antecedents of the new generation of migrant workers returning home from the three interpretation paths of ability, motivation and opportunity, thus forming a new theoretical framework for the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers returning home. Finally, the future research direction is proposed: exploring the influence of positive and negative emotions of entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial performance; paying attention to the entrepreneurial ability of the new-generation migrant workers and to compare various intermediary mechanisms; build a performance evaluation system for returning home that reflects both economic performance and social performance.
