Abstract: As a major revolutionary historical TV series, Age of Awakening is a tribute to the centennial of the founding of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, it realizes the creation transformation of diversified, youthful and national themes of literary works. Age of Awakening, with a strong theme interpretation, moral artistic expression, warm feelings of narrative, has restored such a period of history from the New Culture Movement to the founding of the Communist Party of China. It shows the struggle and awakening story of the Chinese people and a generation of advanced intellectuals in the historical juncture when the Chinese nation facing domestic troubles and foreign invasion. It also demonstrates the beauty of ideal, faith and sublimity, and completes the expression of "awakening" with both rigor and poetry.
