Abstract: Information security is of great importance in Russian national security system, which is shown in Russian long-standing preoccupation with the training and accumulating of information security personnel. This training is characterized by an overall system, a clear standard and precisely targeted goals. It is made up of three major parts:intermediate vocational training, advanced vocational training and higer education. Personnel training, compiling of related syllabus and curriculum standard, and coordinating of vocational training activities are achieved under the joint efforts of Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Russian Federal Security Service, Association of Information Security Education Teaching Method in Higher Education, and Bureau of Technical and Export Supervision. Russian practice offers positive examples to our correponding personnel training.
