Abstract: Since the beginning of the 21st century, the issue of Chinese people's interpersonal trust has increasingly become a hot issue in society and academia. Based on the survey of 1070 residents in 16 districts of Beijing in 2017, we have constructed the structural equation model, and analyzed the influence and path of residents' interpersonal communication on their interpersonal trust. The results show that the residents' interpersonal communication, satisfaction and trust all have the characteristics of differential order. Residents' interpersonal relationship affects their interpersonal trust through their interpersonal relationship satisfaction. Combining the feature of preface-structure, whether residents inner communication have influence on its inner trust, or the middle communication affects its middle trust, all needs inner communication satisfaction or middle communication satisfaction as the intervening variable. In a word, the satisfaction degree of residents' interpersonal communication plays a mediating role in the process of the influence of residents' interpersonal communication on their interpersonal trust.
