Its basic connotations include:adhering to the rule of law for the interests of the people, adhering to the rule of law relying on the power of the people, adhering to the rule of law to protect people's rights and interests, and upholding the value of fairness and justice under the rule of law. Civil law embodies the nature of the law of human and rights, which is highly consistent with XI Jinping's "people-centered" thought on the rule of law. The compilation of the Civil Code of PRC relies on the people's "open-door legislation". The compilation style of the Civil Code of PRC with rights as the center deeply carries out XI Jinping's "people-centered" thought on the rule of law, which is clearly and fully reflected in the general principles, property rights, contracts, personal rights, marriage and family, inheritance and tort liability of the Civil Code of PRC.
