Abstract:
Based on the theory of natural decompression, 200 high school students were tested by questionnaire to explore the relationship between natural connection, subjective vitality and academic burnout. The results show that:(1) there is a significant positive correlation between natural connection and subjective vitality, a significant negative correlation between natural connection and academic burnout, and a significant negative correlation between subjective vitality and academic burnout. (2) Natural connection has a significant negative predictive effect on high school students' academic burnout, and it can also have an impact on academic burnout through part of the mediating effect of subjective vitality. Today urbanization is accelerating. Therefore, enhancing the sense of connection with nature is an important way to intervene high school students' academic burnout.
