Abstract: Higher education exchanges and cooperation under the BRICs mechanism are becoming closer and closer. In this paper, we will comb the general situation of higher education in BRICs countries, compare and analyze the similarities and differences of higher education in BRICs countries, and focus on building a talent training system and training mode suitable for BRICs network universities. Suggestions on deepening cooperation in higher education and personnel training among BRICS countries are put forward, and the development prospects of BRICS online universities are expected from the following five aspects:strengthening exchanges and consultations at the government level, deepening bilateral consultations among BRICs network universities, building a resource sharing system among BRICs universities, carrying out all-round exchanges and cooperation in higher education, and striving to improve the school running level of BRICs universities.
