Abstract:
The localization of rural teacher training is not only a way of the construction of rural teacher, but also a kind of value orientation of teacher education. By using human relations theory, demand hierarchy theory and the related theory of the doctrine of Marx about the essence of man and the current practice of the development of the rural teacher conflict puts rural teacher "horizon", we discuss the significance and the cultivation of rural teacher localization goals, teachers education curriculum, and put forward concrete paths of the rural teacher localization training:strengthening the cooperation between normal colleges and primary and secondary schools, effectively achieving the link between pre-service, induction and post-service training, make full use of local resources, and improving rural teachers' adaptability to rural education and life of rural teachers localization training path.
