Abstract:
The traditional pattern of teacher mobility in urban and rural compulsory education still faces many dilemmas in terms of teacher identification, family dependence, policies and regulations, etc. The teacher mobility over the Internet in compulsory education provides a new channel to solve those problems. Adopting case analysis method, typical cases were selected in this paper that the Internet promoted the integration of regional urban and rural mobility of compulsory education teachers. These cases were analyzed from five dimensions, including problem situation, mobility subject, mobility mode, monitoring and evaluation, and safeguard measures. The practical characteristics of typical cases were also summarized. On this basis, the paths of teacher mobility in regional urban and rural over the Internet in compulsory education were put forward:adhering to the problem-oriented, and systematic overall plan of regional infrastructure construction of educational informationization; expanding the source of teachers and formed a mobility pattern of excellent teachers that is mainly activated internally and combined with bringing in outsiders; introducing multiple subjects, and constructed new model that basic resources depended on the government and personalized resources derived from the market; amplifying the evaluation system, and exploring the evaluation method based on big data analysis and whole-process online monitoring.
