Abstract:
This paper is designed to understand the influence of 6 weeks' network guidance mindfulness training on the mental health of college students living in segregated families during the period of COVID-19 epidemic. In this study, 64 college students who voluntarily participated in and had been screened out from home isolation were selected as the research objects to carry out network guided mindfulness cognitive training. Five factor mindfulness assessment scale and SCL-90 self rating scale were used to evaluate the mindfulness ① The scores of mindfulness (
t= - 13.667, DF = 29,
P< 0.01) and SCL-90 (
t= 20.533, DF = 29,
P< 0.001) in the experimental group were different before and after the intervention, while the scores of SCL-90 in the control group were different before and after the intervention (
t= 12.800, DF = 30,
P< 0.01). ② the scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (
t = - 7.733, DF = 60,
P< 0.05). The results showed that during the epidemic period of New Coronavirus pneumonia, the network guidance mindfulness cognitive training had a good effect on improving the mental health level of the family segregated college students.
