Abstract:
The employment adaptation of new rural general-subject teachers plays a very important role in the sustainable development of rural education, the construction of the quality of rural teachers, and the professional growth of rural teachers. This paper uses in-depth interviews with 15 new rural general teachers selected in the Ma Yun Rural Teachers' Student Program. It uses grounded theoretical research methods and uses NVivo11 qualitative analysis tools to carry out three-level coding, and investigates the employment adaptation status and influence of new rural general teachers Factors of its onboarding adaptation. The study found that teachers' employment adaptation is affected by environmental adaptation, interpersonal relationship, psychological adaptation and ability adaptation. These four factors interact with each other and ultimately act together on the employment adaptation of new general-subject in rural areas. Studying the problems of the employment adaptation of new general-subject teachers in rural areas can help them pass the employment adaption period smoothly, and can also provide a practical reference for the construction of the teacher team in rural basic education in our country.
