Abstract: The organizational development of the Communist Youth League in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area went through four stages: the mixing of the Party and the League, the initial separation, the climax of development and the setback. Under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the Communist Youth League of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Areas carried out the organization construction, training talents, leading the Young Pioneers and the Children's League and other major work. It also carried out rectification, mobilization of young people to join the army, mobilization of young people to join the war logistics support, supervision of the Soviet government and other work. The work of the Communist Youth League in the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area is characterized by political, advanced, militant and the mass.
