Abstract:
The survey on hard-working concept and practice of some college students is conducted through self-compiled questionnaires. The content of the questionnaire involves 8 demographic variables and the survey data was conducted through SPSS20.0 software. The results show that there are significant differences in the concept of hard-working in terms of gender, grade, and family background. There are differences in hard-working practice in terms of gender, grade, major, school nature, and family background. Based on the reasons for the formation of these differences, the article proposes that we should start from two sides of family and colleges to improve the individual adaptability and academic pertinence of college students' hard-working education.
