艺友制教育的历史回顾、理性认识及当代价值

The Historical Review, Rational Understanding and Contemporary Value of Yiyou Education

  • 摘要: 在20世纪二三十年代,陶行知为培养乡村教师提出亦师亦友、教、学、做合一的艺友制教育来辅助师范教育,并在一定范围内实践。在推广过程中逐渐完善和规范了艺友制教育,从招生、管理、课程设置、实施阶段等方面进行了制度化建设,取得了一定的成效,有着积极的历史意义。理性认识艺友制教育的历史作用,焕发其时代生命力,对于今天师范生乡村教师教育情怀的树立、乡村教师开放式培养等方面都有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: Yiyou education (Artistic-friendly Education) is the innovation of Tao Xingzhi's normal education practice. Reviewing its origin, development and improvement, studying the connotation, method and implementation, and rationally understanding the historical role of this education form, it is found that this education form is positive and significant to the establishment of the educational ideal of the pre-service rural teachers and the cultivation of their practical knowledge and ability.
