Abstract: Rural logistics, as a bridge connecting the countryside and the city, is an important way to realize "industrial products downward" and "agricultural products upward".The coordinated development of county and village logistics at three levels is conducive to increasing farmers' income and is of great significance to the realization of rural revitalization strategy.Through PEST analysis, it is found that the policy environment for the coordinated development of three-level rural logistics in counties and villages in China is good, the financing conditions are further improved, the scale of market demand continues to expand, and the relevant information technology is gradually popularized, and the coordinated development of three-level rural logistics in counties and villages in China is feasible to a certain extent.To realize the coordinated development of county rural three-level rural logistics, stakeholders should by county rural three-level rural logistics as the main body, build collaborative development platform, from the management synergy, resources, interests coordination, organization and coordination and cooperation four aspects to build county rural three-level rural logistics coordinated development mechanism, and by strengthening the government's policy support, perfecting the financial support, construct risk-sharing system, strengthening the rural logistics infrastructure construction measures to guarantee the coordinated development of the rural logistics system stable operation.
