Abstract: There are theoretical logics, value logics and practical logics for the Party building to lead the ideological governance in colleges and universities. At present, the ideological governance led by the Party building in colleges and universities still faces challenges from people's concept cognition, the organizational structure and management system of colleges and universities, the governance mode and mechanism of colleges and universities, and the discourse right of ideology. To strengthen the ideology governance led by the party building in the new era, we should firmly establish the concept of the ideology governance led by the Party building, and at the same time, focus on the construction of the ideological collaborative governance system, the mainstream ideological discourse system and the normal and efficient leading work mechanism of the Party building.
