学习者视角下校外培训机构在线教育政府治理策略研究

Study on the Management Strategy of Online Education in off-campus Training Institutions From Learner Perspective

  • 摘要: 目前,我国校外培训机构在线教育快速发展,校外培训机构在线教育治理问题已成为社会广泛关注的热点话题,但是缺乏从学习者视角对校外培训机构在线教育治理问题的研究。本研究从学习者视角,对校外在线教育治理进行了分析,构建了学习者视角下校外培训机构在线教育调查模型,并进行了问卷调查与访谈。调研结果显示,校外培训机构在线教育有一定的应用前景,具有明显的优势,获得了较广的认可;在线培训环境需要进一步优化与改善;学习者在校外培训机构在线教育参与方面具有一定的差异性。卡方检验发现,在校外在线教育学科方面,数学学科性别差异不显著,但在英语和语文学科上有显著差异;在年级维度上,选择在线教育机构英语学科的人数具有显著差异,但选择语文与数学学科的人数没有显著差异。在上述研究的基础上,提出了相关部门应出台更为具体的政策,鼓励在线教育的发展;加强对校外培训机构在线教育的监管,包括制定教师准入标准、检测体系以及平台标准等;应根据校外培训机构在线教育参与者的差异性,注重对学生参与的引导;学校应加强学科的教学,尤其是数学和英语的教学等对策建议。

     

    Abstract: At present, training orgnization on-line education develops quickly outside school in our country, outside school training orgnization on-line education management problem has become the topic of concern.At present, there is a lack of research on the governance of online education in off-campus training institutions from the perspective of learners. This study analyzes the governance of online education outside school from the perspective of learners.Firstly, the online education survey model of off-campus training institutions from the perspective of learners was constructed, and questionnaires and interviews were conducted.The research results show that the online education of off-campus training institutions has certain application prospects and advantages, and has been more recognized; The online training environment needs further optimization and improvement; There are some differences in learners' participation in online education in off-campus training institutions; Through chi-square test, it was found that there was no significant difference in the subjects involved in gender dimension in the off-campus online education, but there was significant difference in English and Chinese.n the grade dimension, through the chi-square test, it was found that there was a significant difference in the number of students who chose, a significant difference in English, the most in junior middle school, the least in primary school, and the least in senior high school, but no significant difference in Chinese and mathematics.Based on the above research, the following countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed:More specific policies will be introduced to encourage the development of online education;Strengthen the supervision of online education of off-campus training institutions, including the establishment of teacher access standards testing system and platform standards; Guidance based on differences in online education participation in off-campus training institutions;the school strengthened the teaching of subjects, especially math and English;.
