偏远乡村地区教师队伍状况、困境与破解

The Situation, Dilemma and Solution of Remote Rural Teachers Staff

  • 摘要: 乡村教育在城镇化背景下遭遇诸多发展困境,其破解的核心在于建设优质而稳定的教师队伍。根据对偏远乡村地区教师的调查,探索乡村学校教育走出困境的途径,消解其实现优质化发展的障碍性因素。结果显示:偏远乡村地区尽管有多种扶持措施,但教师队伍总体状况仍不乐观,存在队伍不稳定、薪资待遇低、专业发展困难、符合需求的师资缺乏、教师管理方式欠佳等问题。基于此,提出了教师队伍建设视角下破解偏远乡村地区教育困境的若干可能应对途径。

     

    Abstract: Rural Education has encountered many difficulties in the context of urbanization. The key to solve these problems is to have a stable and high-quality teaching staff. According to a survey of teachers, the target is exploring out of difficulties of the education in rural areas, eliminating obstacles of high-quality development of education. The results showed that:the instability of teachers staff, low salary, professional development difficulties, the shortage of teachers who meet the demand of rural areas, the lack of rigid teacher management, So we puts forward some possible ways to solve the educational difficulties in the remote rural areas from the perspective of the construction of teachers.
